From Ning Zhang: I think
the following topics could be discussed by emails, because they might be
easier to get consensus on-line than other items.
-
Make list of tools available
for different taxa
-
Decide on methods for generating
data and analysis methods
Beginning a discussion
of tools:
Provide a short discussion
of yor work (two paragraphs will do). Please include the following
in your discussion:
What taxa do you study?
What "tools" do you use?
What is the justification
for use of the tools in your own work?
Make comments on the appropriateness
of tools for the taxa you study.
What are the best methods for generating data?
What data analysis mehtods do you use?
Send messages for the discussion to nzhang@unix1.sncc.lsu.edu
